Analytics & Reporting Consultant (Healthcare)

Location: Nashville, Tennessee, United States

Base pay: $84,400–$152,300 annually, with eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Support national value-based healthcare arrangements through contract analysis, trend review, data problem solving, and ad hoc reporting.
• Lead financial support and reporting activities, including project timelines and cross-department coordination.
• Work with internal stakeholders and external value-based groups to deliver project objectives.
• Manage escalated issues, support staff training, and mentor personnel when needed.
• Communicate progress to management and complete special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of analytical experience in relationship management or applying analytics insights, or 9 years of equivalent analytical experience.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements for information-related strategies.
• Experience solving complex problems and applying existing solutions from new perspectives.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and related software development processes.
• Experience creating and delivering presentations, leading functional teams, and managing projects.
• Experience with SAS, SPSS, R, MATLAB, SQL, Python, and Microsoft applications including Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or mathematics.
• Master’s degree.
• Healthcare experience in business development, business analytics, or innovation management.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage and value-based contracting arrangements.
• SQL/Teradata query-writing experience.
