Procurement Analyst I

Location: On-site in Chaska, Minnesota, United States

Salary: $39–$40 per hour, plus bonus or incentive pay

What you will do

• Plan, organize, and execute strategic and tactical procurement activities for critical hardware components.
• Follow material procurement and supplier management policies, procedures, and supply chain work instructions.
• Coordinate with Planning, Manufacturing, Quality Control, Technical Operations, Supplier Engineering, and Shipping/Receiving to track materials and prioritize production needs.
• Manage escalation communications, part shortages, and expediting activities.
• Partner with Strategic Sourcing on long-term corrective and preventive projects.
• Improve supplier on-time delivery, working capital turns, purchase price variance, and related performance metrics using continuous improvement tools.

Requirements

• Experience in a high-volume work environment with strong interpersonal leadership skills.
• Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems; Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud knowledge is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI.
• Experience working in a matrix environment while managing high-volume activities.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of operating in a regulated environment, including FDA, GMED, or NCIS requirements.
• Experience with lean manufacturing processes.
