Supply Chain Intern (Manufacturing)

Location: Charter Wire - Menomonee Valley, Milwaukee, WI; onsite

What you will do

• Assist with production planning and scheduling across multiple manufacturing assets.
• Monitor production performance, capacity utilization, inventory levels, and raw material availability.
• Support raw material procurement and inventory management activities.
• Perform routine inventory audits, validate system accuracy, and identify discrepancies.
• Support Procurement and Planning teams with data analysis, process improvements, ad hoc projects, and supply chain initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a four-year degree program in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field, with at least sophomore standing.
• Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.

Nice to have

• ERP experience.
• Purchasing experience.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or 5S tools.
