Senior Associate, Supply Chain (Distribution) (Biotech)

What you will do

• Support Canadian distribution operations and coordinate with Global Distribution, Customer Experience, Planning, Quality, and external logistics service providers.
• Execute distribution activities including shipping notifications, stock transfer orders, rush orders, delivery scheduling, and operational issue resolution.
• Generate receipts, deliveries, adjustments, and goods issues in SAP, while maintaining shipment documentation for audits.
• Prepare reports, validate data, support inventory accuracy and KPIs, and approve vendor invoices according to policy.
• Coordinate export shipments and temperature-monitored orders in accordance with established procedures and monitoring plans.
• Identify process improvements and escalate events affecting compliance, product quality, safety, security, or customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline, such as a B.A. or B.Sc.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Copilot.
• Strong interpersonal, written communication, analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Three or more years of supply chain experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP or similar enterprise systems preferred.
• Spanish fluency is an asset.
