Product Segment Leader (Electronics)

What you will do

• Create and execute product strategies covering sales, margin, asset management, and market share KPIs.
• Manage the electronics product portfolio throughout its lifecycle, including technology introductions, product extensions, inventory decisions, and end-of-life transitions.
• Develop supplier and customer relationships, negotiate commercial and contractual terms, and support business development plans.
• Manage buy and sell pricing, margin growth, inventory health, budgets, turns, line fill, and excess inventory provisions.
• Coordinate marketing programs, product communication, sales training, e-commerce planning, and product administration.
• Provide market insights, coordinate with suppliers across time zones, and resolve customer issues.

Requirements

• Typically 5+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Extensive knowledge of relevant principles, industry practices, techniques, and standards.
• Ability to independently evaluate complex business and market data and develop solutions.
• Experience exercising judgment, coordinating across departments, and representing an organization with senior professionals and management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
