Senior Financial Analyst

Location: Hybrid in Brampton, Ontario, Canada

Salary: CAD 83,278–128,248 for non-sales roles; CAD 83,329–128,327 for sales roles.

What you will do

• Support annual and quarterly business-team forecasts, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Analyze monthly actual performance against forecasts and investigate key variance drivers.
• Evaluate the financial impact of new products, pricing actions, SKU rationalization, margin initiatives, promotions, and customer customization opportunities.
• Prepare analyses of P&L drivers, including trade and marketing spend, accrual rates, volume, mix, assortment, and cost savings.
• Partner with Customer Team stakeholders to support informed decisions and sustainable growth.

Requirements

• Advanced Excel and strong financial modeling skills.
• Experience with financial analysis and forecasting.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, challenge assumptions, and communicate cross-functionally.
• Understanding of sales, marketing, and product supply functions.
• Working knowledge of Anaplan, SAP, or S/4HANA is an asset; CPA designation or progress toward completion is also an asset.
