Associate Director, Supply Chain Finance - Canada

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada; hybrid with 3 days per week

Base salary: $181,800–$227,300 per year, plus performance-based bonus

What you will do

• Aggregate Operations P&L performance across manufacturing, procurement, and logistics for Canada leadership reviews.
• Review submissions, challenge assumptions, and direct commentary and forecasts.
• Prepare consolidated financials, flash reports, ad-hoc analyses, and decision-support presentations.
• Lead monthly performance reviews and the annual budgeting process.
• Identify cost gaps, process improvements, efficiencies, and savings opportunities across multiple facilities.
• Manage one plant controller and the local plant team while influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration required; MBA preferred.
• At least 10 years of Finance or Accounting experience.
• Strong business acumen, communication, negotiation, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead teams, influence without direct authority, manage multiple priorities, and work under pressure.
• Strong technical and systems orientation; experience with Hyperion and SAP is desired.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, procurement, logistics, or FP&A is desired.
