Warehouse 2nd Shift Supervisor (Logistics)

What you will do

• Supervise warehouse, shipping, receiving, inbound, outbound, cross-dock, and yard operations during the assigned second shift.
• Plan shipping schedules, trailer flow, dock capacity, and domestic and export freight routing.
• Lead, coach, train, and schedule warehouse associates while balancing labor with workload.
• Ensure shipment, receipt, inventory, bill of lading, export documentation, and U.S. Customs accuracy.
• Track productivity, accuracy, attendance, and safety KPIs while investigating inventory discrepancies.
• Implement process improvements using Lean and 5S principles and enforce OSHA, PPE, and company safety requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; an associate degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years of warehouse or distribution center experience.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling equipment, and warehouse management systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed.
