Warehouse Team Lead (Warehouse Operations)

Location: Onsite at 5300 Hickory Hill Rd, Suite 107, Memphis, TN 38141; Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with varying shifts and overtime during peak seasons.

What you will do

• Support daily execution in the RF-driven Spirit Shop warehouse operation.
• Communicate priorities, monitor workflow, shift labor, and prioritize tasks as directed by leadership.
• Reinforce SOPs and use RF systems, Monday.com, and other operational tools to resolve issues.
• Partner with Supervisors on training, minor team issues, and escalation of larger concerns.
• Identify inefficiencies, collect team feedback, and support continuous improvement.
• Cross-train for the Fashion operation and support peak event and camp seasons, including overtime when required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and informal leadership skills.
• Ability to understand department metrics and work in a fast-paced, RF-driven warehouse environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Monday.com, internet navigation, and basic computer applications.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 15–50 lbs. regularly, perform repetitive movements, and work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.
• Two to three years of warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing experience is preferred; lead or senior associate experience is also preferred.
