SAP EAM Solution Architect

Location: United States, with the posted location associated with multiple U.S. cities including Atlanta, Austin, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Minneapolis, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, and others.

Salary: $123,750–$340,750 annual base compensation

What you will do

• Lead SAP EAM solution strategy, roadmap development, and architecture design for complex business transformations.
• Serve as the functional and solution architecture lead for SAP S/4HANA EAM implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops with executives and business stakeholders to define future-state asset management processes and technology strategies.
• Architect end-to-end SAP EAM solutions, including integration strategies, data models, security considerations, and architecture standards.
• Guide assessment, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities across the project lifecycle.
• Support pre-sales activities, solution estimations, proposal development, and executive presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of SAP Plant Maintenance and Enterprise Asset Management experience, including 5+ years leading SAP EAM solution architecture and transformation programs.
• Deep knowledge of SAP EAM processes, SAP S/4HANA EAM architecture, simplification items, and key innovations.
• Experience with enterprise architecture, target operating models, requirements elicitation, executive workshops, and stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of SAP integration patterns and experience with SAP Asset Manager, SAP Mobile Solutions, SAP Business Technology Platform, and SAP Fiori.
• Experience in Utilities, Energy, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Transportation, Infrastructure, or another asset-intensive industry is preferred.

Nice to have

• SAP Intelligent Asset Management, Asset Performance Management, and SAP Business AI experience.
• SAP S/4HANA Asset Management or related SAP certifications.
