Senior SAP Solutions Engineer (S/4HANA & Integration)

Location: Columbus, Ohio 43215, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States through citizenship or permanent residency (Green Card).

Salary: $122,700–$170,600 annually.

What you will do

• Design, configure, customize, and integrate SAP solutions for complex enterprise workflows and customer service processes.
• Coordinate internal teams, third-party vendors, and managed service providers across solution delivery.
• Manage RICEFW deliverables and maintain traceability to program requirements.
• Integrate SAP platforms using SAP BTP Integration Suite, RESTful APIs, middleware, and identity management systems.
• Guide unit, system integration, user acceptance, regression, performance, and automated testing.
• Oversee SAP security, GRC access models, monitoring, deployment cutover, hypercare, and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Current U.S. work authorization through citizenship or permanent residency (Green Card).
• 7+ years of professional SAP solution delivery experience, including design, configuration, development, and integration.
• Current expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Service Cloud, ABAP, SAP BTP, and SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, middleware, SAP security models, SAP GRC Access Control, and compliance standards.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, Agile project management, Jira, and qTest.
• Strong communication, organizational, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and SAP professional certifications.
• Digital transformation experience in utility, energy, or highly regulated enterprise sectors.
• Experience with MuleSoft, enterprise IAM tools, API architectures, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Business Data Cloud, or AI-powered SAP tools.
