SAP Delivery and Solution Architect (GTM) - CPRS Industry

Location: Chicago, Southfield, Brooklyn, Santa Clara, Irving, Columbia, New York, Dallas, San Francisco, Bridgewater, Nashville, Houston, or Atlanta, United States

Base compensation: $123,750–$340,750, plus potential variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions.

What you will do

• Lead SAP CPRS business transformation initiatives for Consumer Products, Retail, Wholesale Distribution, and Services clients.
• Develop solution strategies, enterprise architectures, and roadmaps for SAP S/4HANA and related digital transformation programs.
• Lead strategic pursuits, RFP responses, client workshops, executive presentations, and go-to-market win strategies.
• Architect solutions using SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Business AI, Supply Chain, Commerce, and Customer Experience capabilities.
• Guide ERP modernization, supply chain, digital commerce, customer experience, and AI-enabled business initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams, delivery governance, reusable asset development, thought leadership, and sales enablement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 15+ years of SAP experience spanning consulting, architecture, and transformation leadership.
• Deep expertise in Consumer Products, Retail, Wholesale Distribution, or Services.
• Experience leading large SAP S/4HANA transformation programs and pursuits exceeding $25M–$50M+ TCV.
• Strong expertise in SAP BTP, SAP Business AI, Supply Chain, Commerce, Customer Experience, and digital transformation.
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.

• SAP certifications and enterprise architecture credentials.
