What you will do

• Ensure the smooth and timely movement of air import freight and related information.
• Enter shipment data accurately and promptly into the operating system.
• Track and trace air import files and monitor in-transit delays.
• Update event codes and coordinate timely freight delivery to customers.
• Send required documents to outside brokers for customs processing.
• Respond to internal and external emails and overseas requests while maintaining regulatory and company compliance.

Requirements

• Effective interpersonal, listening, comprehension, and communication skills.
• Proactive approach and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Good computer skills, including Excel and Word.
• College degree preferred.
• Ability to work at the Plainfield, Indiana location.
