Maintenance Technician - Nights

Location: 670 Hardy Rd, Painesville, Ohio, USA; onsite night shift, 7pm–7am on a 2-2-3 schedule

What you will do

• Diagnose, inspect, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control systems using schematics, blueprints, and diagnostic tools.
• Perform predictive and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime, reduce waste, and improve equipment performance.
• Install, inspect, and repair motors, wiring, switchboards, relays, and circuit breakers.
• Partner with production teams and engineers to identify equipment root causes and implement long-term fixes.
• Maintain shop equipment and support facility upkeep, including HVAC, plumbing, and grounds maintenance.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or at least 3 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• At least 3 years of industrial maintenance, electrical, or mechanical repair experience.
• Strong analytical, mechanical, and logical troubleshooting skills.
• Commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
• Successful completion of a post-offer background check and drug screening is required.
