Pediatric Didactic Nursing Instructor (Part-Time)

Location: Miramar, Florida, USA. Face-to-face course interaction is required; evening availability on Tuesdays and Thursdays is preferred.

Compensation: $1,120–$7,245 per assignment, depending on education and experience.

What you will do

• Teach pediatric nursing with a focus on family-centered care from infancy through adolescence.
• Develop and deliver an approved syllabus aligned with terminal course objectives.
• Prepare, organize, and regularly update course materials.
• Use websites, email, online discussions, and course software to support blended learning.
• Set course expectations, prepare aligned examinations, and grade consistently and fairly.
• Provide clear communication and timely feedback to students.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Nursing required.
• Previous teaching experience in the subject area required.
• Exceptional subject-matter expertise in pediatric nursing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, initiative, and sound judgment.
• Passion for nursing education and lifelong learning.
