Focus on developing targeted multi-channel recruiting strategies, managing full recruiting lifecycle, and building robust pipelines of investment talent across disciplines like portfolio management and quantitative strategies.

Location: Atlanta, Georgia (Hybrid: at least four full days each week in hirify.global office)

What you will do

  • Partner with investment leaders to understand talent needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies
  • Manage full recruiting lifecycle including sourcing, screening, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding
  • Build and maintain pipelines of investment talent for immediate and long-term hiring
  • Create comprehensive search strategies with role specs, screening criteria, timelines, and interview frameworks
  • Leverage market intelligence, external partners, and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday
  • Construct, extend, and negotiate competitive offers across seniority levels

Requirements

  • 10+ years of dedicated end-to-end recruiting experience
  • 5+ years supporting talent acquisition for investment or financial services professionals
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies in competitive investment talent markets
  • Experience recruiting across investment disciplines like portfolio management, research, quantitative strategies, risk management
  • Ability to manage multiple searches, prioritize, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of HR practices related to recruiting, compensation, and benefits
