What you will do

• Deliver customized analyses using internal and external structured, unstructured, raw, and published datasets.
• Conduct comparative procedural and supply analytics covering cost, utilization, outcomes, supplies, physicians, and facility performance.
• Translate complex business challenges and data into actionable recommendations for strategic, operational, and executive decisions.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational clients to evaluate supply utilization and identify standardization, cost-optimization, and performance-improvement opportunities.
• Lead client meetings, gather requirements, communicate findings, and manage expectations.
• Support accurate and timely reporting while mentoring colleagues and sharing analytical best practices.

Requirements

• Relevant degree preferred.
• Five or more years of relevant experience required.
• Healthcare analytics experience, including quality, procedural, or supply chain analytics, required.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and SQL required.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, data-management, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work with limited supervision.

Nice to have

• Procedural Analytics experience.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence solutions.
• Experience with the Clinical Database or Operational Database.
