Senior Manager, Global Product Returns and Remarketing

Location: Spring, Texas, United States; may also be based in Houston, Texas, United States or Guadalajara, Mexico. Relocation is not available. Travel: 25%.

Salary: $121,950–$179,900 USD annually, plus potential bonus and/or equity for United States candidates.

What you will do

• Lead worldwide strategy for product returns, disposition, remarketing, resale, refurbishment, recycling, and recovery.
• Own performance for returned, excess, and end-of-life products, including inventory velocity, aging, recovery value, cost, service levels, and customer experience.
• Develop global operating processes, KPIs, governance routines, and scalable accountability models.
• Coordinate execution across reverse logistics, refurbishment, finance, category, sales, planning, regional operations, and external partners.
• Use market, financial, operational, and inventory insights to identify recovery opportunities, manage risks, and advise senior leadership.
• Drive process standardization, AI, automation, digital enablement, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Global people leadership experience across regions, cultures, and functions.
• Strong knowledge of reverse logistics, product returns, remarketing, refurbishment, product disposition, channel sales, and inventory optimization.
• Financial and commercial expertise in recovery value, cost management, inventory exposure, and business trade-offs.
• Executive communication and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
• Four-year or graduate degree in supply chain management, manufacturing engineering, operations management, business administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 10+ years of job-related experience or 8–10 years of management experience, preferably in supply chain or operations.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Certified Professional in Supply Management certification.
