Senior Manager, Remarketing Operations & Services (Automotive)

Salary: $116,020–$135,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the vehicle make-ready and enhancement program across 184 branches, covering inspections, light repairs, detailing, keys, paint touch-ups, and de-identification.
• Manage Make-Ready Analysts, set priorities and performance goals, and coach the team on execution and quality standards.
• Develop vendor and outsourcing strategies, onboard qualified providers, manage KPIs and SLAs, and resolve performance issues.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, vendor costs, billing controls, program margins, and approval processes for high-value repairs.
• Partner with branch operations, Sales, Finance, Procurement, Product, IT, and Training to scale enhancement services and implement supporting tools.
• Establish dashboards, feedback loops, safety controls, seller SLA compliance, and continuous-improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 7–10+ years of related experience.
• Experience leading teams, managing vendors, and standardizing multi-site operations.
• Ability to oversee budgets, forecasts, cost controls, KPIs, and profitability.
• Lean/Six Sigma or similar continuous-improvement credentials are preferred.
