Lead Recruiter (Aerospace)

Location: Blue Ash, Ohio; this role will be located at the Cincinnati, Ohio facility

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt manufacturing roles.
• Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through networking, social media, and innovative sourcing methods.
• Build specialized talent pipelines for critical manufacturing positions and manage applicants in the applicant tracking system.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews, evaluate candidate fit, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Partner with hiring managers and department heads on job descriptions, interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and hiring needs.
• Represent hirify.global at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences while communicating the organization’s values and culture.

Requirements

• 8+ years of full-cycle, in-house recruiting experience.
• At least 3 years of recruiting experience in the aviation, aerospace, or DOD industry.
• Strong experience recruiting for exempt and non-exempt manufacturing roles.
• Ability to work independently, act with urgency, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to attract and engage diverse pools of niche talent through innovative sourcing.
