Product Manager, AI Quality (AI)

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, California, with attendance at the office 3–4 days per week

Salary: $160,000–$240,000 annually, with potential variable compensation, equity, and benefits

Glean develops a Work AI platform with enterprise search, an AI Assistant, AI agents, LLM integrations, SaaS connectors, and APIs for organizations.

What you will do

• Evaluate LLM models and define the roadmap for expanding the Glean Model Hub portfolio.
• Manage relationships with inference and model providers and support customer experimentation with different LLMs.
• Forecast LLM usage, costs, and capacity while driving upgrades to current models and LLM-native capabilities.
• Engage with customers to understand knowledge needs and translate them into product priorities.
• Set direction, build alignment, and coordinate with leadership, go-to-market teams, and other stakeholders.
• Build scalable product processes for a rapidly growing organization.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience at SaaS companies serving large enterprises.
• Experience spanning AI/ML Ops and external-facing platform capabilities.
• Strong technical background with UX-driven and API-driven products.
• Experience with third-party product partnerships and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong written and verbal communication, ownership, initiative, and delivery skills.
• Ability to work hybrid in the San Francisco office 3–4 days per week.
