Location: Onsite at the corporate headquarters in the Brickell area of Miami, Florida

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day operational support to the technology leader and translate priorities into actions, owners, and follow-through.
• Manage a single intake process across Software Engineering, Data Science, IT, Networking, and Cybersecurity.
• Coordinate leadership projects, agendas, decisions, action items, and follow-ups.
• Track cross-functional initiatives, dependencies, risks, blocked work, outcomes, and near-term plans.
• Support quarterly roadmap and portfolio planning, prioritization, governance, audit, compliance, and control activities.
• Identify recurring operational friction and implement improvements to templates, tools, communication, and management practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technology project management, technical program management, business analysis, operations, or a similar role.
• Experience coordinating work across multiple teams, functions, or technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of project and portfolio management fundamentals, including scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and ownership.
• Technical literacy covering APIs, systems integrations, networks, cloud services, and security controls.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, prioritization, scheduling, meeting facilitation, judgment, and follow-through skills.
• Comfort working in an evolving organization with changing priorities and developing processes.

• Experience supporting governance, audit, compliance, or deadline-driven control activities.
• Experience working in a technology organization.
