Director of Growth Marketing (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end growth marketing strategy with accountability for pipeline and revenue.
• Build and optimize programs across paid media, SEO, website, email, social, and emerging channels.
• Own website conversion strategy and improve visitor-to-pipeline performance.
• Partner with founders on messaging, positioning, product launches, and go-to-market strategy.
• Run rapid experiments, analyze results, and scale effective initiatives.
• Build performance dashboards and establish the company as a category leader through digital campaigns and thought leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of growth or digital marketing experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Proven success building and scaling demand generation and digital marketing programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Deep expertise in paid media, SEO, CRO, analytics, website optimization, and marketing automation.
• Exceptional copywriting, storytelling, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Builder mentality with the ability to work quickly and own projects from idea to execution.
