Director, Web Strategy (AI)

What you will do

• Own the conversion rate optimization roadmap for cyera.com, including personalization, trust signals, and continuous testing.
• Build visitor identification and retargeting programs using first-party data and consent-based approaches.
• Own website chat performance as a conversion and qualification channel.
• Define and report on core web KPIs, including traffic, conversion, page time, demo requests, and chat performance.
• Coordinate the website roadmap with web development, SEO/AEO, paid media, and brand/design teams.
• Ensure the website presents Cyera as an integrated AI Trust platform and drives measurable pipeline.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading web strategy, growth, and CRO for an enterprise B2B company, ideally in cybersecurity or another technical, sales-assisted category.
• Hands-on expertise in CRO, testing programs, personalization, funnel diagnosis, and attributable results.
• Experience with visitor identification, retargeting, first-party data, and consent-based approaches.
• Working fluency in SEO and AEO/GEO fundamentals, including agency direction.
• Experience partnering with web development, demand generation, paid media, and brand teams.
• Metrics-first operating style with the ability to defend roadmap decisions using data.
