Digital Marketing Engineer (Cybersecurity)

hirify.global is an early-stage AI cybersecurity company building a platform for security operations with a federated SIEM, AI agents, threat hunting, and threat intelligence.

What you will do

• Monitor buyer and intent signals and turn them into actionable marketing steps.
• Build workflows that route signals into targeted LinkedIn and Google campaigns and audience-specific ad variants.
• Activate existing content for prospects, industry analysts, and investors based on demonstrated intent.
• Operate marketing systems and ad-targeting tools, maintaining end-to-end campaign workflows.
• Design and launch campaigns and experiments while measuring conversion and pipeline impact.
• Partner with creative and content teams on campaign assets and collateral.

Requirements

• Experience operating marketing automation and CRM systems, ideally HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Experience launching and optimizing paid campaigns across LinkedIn and Google Ads, including audience activation and retargeting.
• Experience connecting buyer signals, enrichment, campaign workflows, and sales routing into a measurable end-to-end motion.
• Ability to turn ideas into measurable tests quickly and develop new approaches independently.
• Experience marketing to technical or enterprise audiences, ideally in cybersecurity or B2B SaaS.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ABM, intent data, and tools such as Clay, Influ2, or Demandbase.
