What you will do
- Review customer purchase orders according to Inside Sales work instructions.
- Enter order information into the QAD database and maintain data integrity.
- Verify customer credit card payments when applicable.
- Upload purchase orders and related documentation into OneNote.
- Initiate new item processes through the engineering database and process order changes.
- Manage customer complaints and follow quality, safety, health, and environmental standards.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
