Warehouse Associate Senior

Location: Queretaro, Mexico; onsite five days per week

What you will do

• Manage the receipt, inspection, processing, loading, and unloading of shipments.
• Coordinate order preparation and shipping while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain inventory records, investigate discrepancies, and support advanced inventory management.
• Operate and oversee forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Train and mentor less experienced warehouse staff on equipment use, safety, and company standards.
• Improve workflows, resolve operational challenges, and maintain an organized warehouse environment.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant warehouse experience.
• Basic computer skills and foundational math, reading, and writing skills; no diploma required.
• Strong attention to detail, interpersonal skills, adaptability, and resourcefulness.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to see color.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform other physical warehouse tasks for extended periods.
• Safety-sensitive role requiring personal protective equipment and five days of onsite work.
