LM302: Clearance Specialist (Customs)

Location: Boulevard Miguel Alemán, Toluca, Mexico; onsite role with availability for schedule changes.

What you will do

• Apply specialist knowledge to perform and review processes across departments.
• Prepare internal customs documents for packages arriving and departing by aircraft.
• Prepare international manifests to support efficient customs clearance.
• Maintain organized and properly filed customs documentation.
• Perform sorting, baggage support at the airport and station, and retrieve air freight from carriers.
• Participate in the design, development, and implementation of processes within the area of expertise.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• English proficiency equivalent to at least 450 TOEIC points; the test result must be current and no more than two years old.
• At least two years of experience in a freight or cargo customs environment.
• Knowledge of hirify.global applications including VISA, CAGE, and COSMOS.
• Good interpersonal, communication, analytical, problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, general office skills, and Microsoft Office and PC skills.

Nice to have

• CRT experience.
