What you will do

• Prepare virtual, import, consolidated export, and final export invoices.
• Generate customs clearance documents and virtual and consolidated petitions in SAAI.
• Prepare chemical import documentation and support the approval process with both customs authorities.
• Track import and export shipments, including GPS monitoring and operational logs.
• Audit and register high-security seals and maintain physical and electronic operation files.
• Follow C-TPAT, OAS, and 5's + S standards while supporting the assigned customs area.

Requirements

• Completed bachelor's-level professional degree.
• Knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge and practical use of Annex 24.
• Bilingual proficiency at the stated 50% level and availability for the required schedule.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
