Personal Banker (Retail Banking)

What you will do

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identify customer needs and position appropriate hirify.global banking solutions to improve financial wellbeing, revenue, and loyalty.
• Conduct outbound calls, service-to-sales interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.
• Build relationships through ecosystem partnerships and community centers of influence.
• Educate customers on transaction-management options and use relevant technology, tools, and resources.
• Manage customer problems, branch operations, and risk in accordance with policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• An associate degree or equivalent is typically expected; a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, prospecting, selling, and customer needs.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and proactive sales skills.
• Additional background checks may be required under Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations and applicable banking regulations.
