What you will do

• Manage the Reactor Components Group and provide direct leadership to Equipment Supply Managers.
• Coordinate the safe and timely delivery of reactor equipment, including the reactor head, reactor vessel, reactor internals, and associated components.
• Interface with the Natrium Supply Chain and Fuel Supply & Development teams on equipment and fuel supply logistics.
• Oversee supplier performance, selection, technical interfaces, contractual compliance, and project execution.
• Monitor cost, schedule, quality, safety, resources, and submittals using project controls and management processes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Quality, Facilities, and other project and corporate teams.

Requirements

• Technical degree, preferably in mechanical, electrical, nuclear, systems, or civil engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in supplier management and supplier interfaces.
• 3+ years of people-management experience in a related field.
• Experience managing suppliers in design and manufacturing environments, including contractual and commercial relationships.
• Experience with project controls, organization, and related tools and processes.
• Broad understanding of mechanical, electrical, and nuclear engineering disciplines and their interrelationships.
