Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: US — Remote; quarterly in-person team onsites are required, mostly in New York City, with occasional travel. New York Tri-State area candidates are preferred but not required.

What you will do

• Design end-to-end product experiences across SuppCo’s mobile and web products, from problem framing and information architecture to polished production-ready interfaces.
• Own and evolve the design system, including components, patterns, tokens, and documentation, so an AI-accelerated engineering team can ship consistent work independently.
• Optimize critical onboarding, activation, re-engagement, membership, commerce, and transaction flows using research, feedback, and product analytics.
• Connect SuppCo and hirify.global into a coherent journey linking biomarker insights with supplement actions.
• Improve stack management, scheduling, adherence, and AI-guided discovery through SuppIQ.
• Present design rationale, tradeoffs, and expected outcomes to founders and executives while defining and measuring success.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience and a track record of shipping consumer mobile products.
• Exceptional visual craft across typography, layout, motion, and interaction design, demonstrated through shipped work.
• Experience building or substantially improving a design system with proven engineering adoption.
• Strong systems thinking across components, flows, information architecture, and end-to-end journeys.
• Experience with commerce, subscriptions, transactions, purchase paths, merchandising, or membership products.
• AI fluency, strong presentation and writing skills, research ability, self-sufficiency, and a desire to remain hands-on.

Nice to have

• Experience prototyping in code or with AI tools.
• Background in health, wellness, nutrition, diagnostics, or supplements.
• Marketplace, e-commerce, data-dense consumer interface, community, habit-forming product, or brand design experience.
• Previous experience at an early-stage startup.
