Senior Product Designer (Mobile Experience)

Location: Remote nationwide in the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $86,300–$118,700 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Design end-to-end mobile member experiences across native iOS and Android applications.
• Create cohesive omnichannel journeys spanning web, mobile apps, SMS, notifications, and emerging channels.
• Simplify complex healthcare interactions and improve access to information, key tasks, and self-service.
• Translate user research and behavioral insights into effective product and design solutions.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, content strategists, analytics, marketing, and business stakeholders.
• Use design to improve engagement, adoption, retention, conversion, satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating impactful digital product outcomes.
• Experience designing mobile-first consumer experiences for native iOS and Android applications.
• Expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and mobile UX patterns.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, including Figma.
• Strong communication, storytelling, presentation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience designing products in healthcare, insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries.
• Knowledge of iOS and Android platform guidelines, accessibility standards, and inclusive design for older adults and diverse populations.
• Experience with omnichannel design, design systems, pattern libraries, workshops, experimentation, A/B testing, and mobile behavioral analytics.
