Registered Nurse (Preventive Primary Care)

Location: San Mateo, California, United States; onsite at the clinic five days a week. No nights or weekends.

Salary: $105,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide direct patient care in the clinic and pre-visit education and counseling through telemedicine.
• Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical staff to integrate medical services into the comprehensive membership program.
• Build trusting patient relationships, protect privacy, ensure safety, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with the Medical Director and clinic management on healthcare delivery and service quality.
• Follow safety, security, health, and clinical procedures while contributing to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of nursing experience, preferably with a medical-surgical background.
• Current Registered Nurse registration and a valid California license.
• Recent clinical experience and confidence starting IVs.
• Expertise in preventive primary care and personalized patient service.
• Ability to work onsite at the San Mateo clinic five days per week.
• Familiarity with electronic health records, HIPAA compliance, G Suite, and new software.
