NPI Project Specialist (Robotics)

Location: USA remote with up to 10–20% travel to client and customer locations

Salary: $87,000–$119,900 per year, plus benefits.

What you will do

• Support sourcing plans for new product introductions, retrofits, product launches, and other cross-functional programs.
• Coordinate procurement activities with Engineering, Program Management, Category Management, Sourcing Operations, and suppliers.
• Track supplier readiness, costs, schedules, material risks, and sourcing milestones.
• Identify and escalate supplier, sourcing, cost, and schedule risks while supporting mitigation plans.
• Gather supplier quotes and cost inputs for product cost models, value engineering, and sourcing decisions.
• Incorporate spare parts, serviceability, warranty, lifecycle cost, and aftersales requirements into development sourcing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or project/program management.
• Experience with NPI, product development, or cross-functional programs in a technical or manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of sourcing, supplier management, purchasing processes, and project management.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems; SAP knowledge is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel by car and/or air to client and customer locations.
