Forward Deployed Supply Chain Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote within the US; preference for Central or Eastern time zones, with Texas a plus. Up to 25% travel is expected, primarily within the US.

Annual on-target earnings: $150,000–$205,000, including 30% variable compensation, plus potential equity.

What you will do

• Own enterprise deployment workstreams end-to-end, from planning through go-live.
• Run meetings, build project plans, track delivery status, and manage risks independently.
• Partner with customer and internal executives to align priorities and deliver on time and on budget.
• Lead structured user acceptance testing and drive adoption of supply chain solutions.
• Train engineers and experienced operators to use the platform effectively.
• Serve as the primary end-user contact through go-live and steady-state monitoring while translating business needs into platform builds.

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience, ideally as a senior consultant at a large systems integrator.
• Experience building, connecting, and managing technology systems.
• Ability to own workstreams hands-on, run meetings, create project plans, and drive delivery timelines.
• Strong program and project management skills.
• High autonomy, urgency, and confidence working with large, complex client organizations.
• Strong communication skills with engineers and non-technical operator audiences.

Nice to have

• Supply chain consulting background.
• Oil and gas industry experience.
• Familiarity with SQL and Python.
