Director, Product Management (Banking Technology)

Location: Omaha, FN Tower; onsite presence required for candidates within 30 miles, remote work available beyond that radius within the United States.

Salary: $97,774–$166,216 base pay annually.

What you will do

• Lead product strategy and execution for banking technology platforms supporting core banking and debit cards.
• Define customer and partner problems, product opportunities, MVP scope, and success measures.
• Serve as Product Owner within an Agile delivery team and prioritize the product backlog.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, requirements, and product documentation.
• Evaluate solution options with technology, architecture, and vendor partners based on value, cost, risk, scalability, and technical considerations.
• Drive continuous improvement using KPIs, user feedback, analytics, and support trends.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Product Management or a related role.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to align stakeholders with different perspectives.
• Experience independently managing projects of varying complexity with detail-oriented execution and strategic thinking.
• Strong technical leadership skills and the ability to participate in technical discussions and understand system diagrams and API concepts.
• Advanced knowledge of banking regulations and their technical implications.
• Unrestricted US work authorization required; future sponsorship is not available.

• Scrum or Agile certification, including CSPO.
