Staff Product Manager (AI)

Location: Denver, Colorado, or San Francisco, California

Salary: $180,000–$220,000 in Denver; $205,000–$240,000 in San Francisco

What you will do

• Own the B2B product roadmap and turn clinically validated care workflows into a generalized product for provider and enterprise partners.
• Define B2B packaging, business model, and product value based on hirify.global’s clinical dataset and unified data model.
• Partner with Engineering and AI/ML leadership to align product and technical roadmaps with scalable agent architecture.
• Coordinate priorities across Sales, Clinical, Engineering, Product, and Design, making tradeoffs explicit.
• Define human-in-the-loop approval, return, confidence, and override experiences.
• Build the B2B product management function, including processes, prioritization, and cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including staff-level ownership of complex B2B roadmaps.
• Track record of turning solutions proven in a narrow context into repeatable products sold to a broader market.
• Experience in a regulated, trust-sensitive category such as healthcare or fintech.
• Direct partnership with Engineering and ML/AI teams to translate technical capabilities into shippable product value.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to align Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Sales without formal authority.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic or AI-native product patterns, including human-in-the-loop approval, confidence scoring, and override flows.
• Background in healthcare, behavioral health, or provider-facing enterprise software.
• Experience establishing a new product line inside an already-shipping company.
