Associate Director, Estimating (Data Centers)

What you will do

• Manage key client accounts within the data centre team and build long-term client relationships.
• Develop new business opportunities and repeat projects with existing clients.
• Oversee strategic client projects and ensure delivery within contract performance measures.
• Apply cost management expertise and negotiate commercial agreements with clients and contractors.
• Lead, mentor, and develop employees while maintaining high delivery quality and client value.

Requirements

• 10+ years of construction experience, including cost management experience in the data centre sector.
• Experience with pre- and post-contract cost management within data centres.
• Proven experience managing Core & Shell and mixed-use construction projects.
• Strong operational management, client meeting, communication, and business development skills.
• Degree or comparable experience in cost management or quantity surveying.
• Chartered status; RICS membership is preferred.
