Managing Consultant - Global Construction (Construction Claims and Disputes): Supporting experts on construction claims, dispute resolution, schedule analysis, and litigation projects with an accent on delay and disruption analysis, labor productivity, change orders, defects, and expert testimony. Focus on researching construction data, analyzing critical path delays, organizing case documentation, and producing accurate technical work under client deadlines.
Location: Remote - Pennsylvania; candidates must have and verify legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
Salary: $100,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do
- Support experts and project teams on construction claims, disputes, dispute resolution, and litigation support engagements.
- Perform detailed schedule analysis to identify the source, scale, and causes of critical-path delays and non-critical impacts.
- Research, review, summarize, and analyze technical literature, industry information, client data, and public or commercial databases.
- Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, electronic files, and organized case-document libraries.
- Audit personal and team work products for quality and communicate findings clearly in writing and verbally.
- Use relevant software tools, analytical methods, and computer models to develop project solutions and meet client deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree focused on engineering or construction management.
- At least 10 years of field experience in the construction industry.
- Experience developing, preparing, maintaining, updating, reviewing, and analyzing schedules using P6, MSP, or other scheduling platforms.
- Excellent technical writing, verbal communication, independent-working, and remote collaboration skills.
- Experience working collaboratively and leading teams.
- Legal right to work in the United States without company sponsorship; travel for client work may be required.
Nice to have
- MS or MBA degree.
- Experience with cost estimating, change-order pricing, time requests, or claims management.
