Portfolio Strategy Director (Corporate Real Estate)

Salary: $148,750–$175,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead portfolio strategy activities that connect business forecasts, utilization insights, real estate alternatives, financial considerations, and operational requirements.
• Develop scenarios and executive-ready business cases for renewals, consolidations, new sites, dispositions, relocations, and capital projects.
• Coordinate inputs from Transactions, Workplace and Occupancy Planning, Facilities Management, Finance, Design and Construction, and Physical Security.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and synthesize diverse perspectives into clear recommendations, decision rationales, and next steps.
• Oversee portfolio reporting, trend analysis, decision logs, action trackers, and risk and dependency registers.
• Improve advisory processes through standardized frameworks, reporting routines, automation, and AI-enabled tools.

Requirements

• Experience leading portfolio strategy and executive decision support for corporate real estate initiatives.
• Ability to develop business cases, evaluate financial impacts, and communicate investment tradeoffs.
• Ability to align client, account, and cross-functional stakeholders around complex portfolio decisions.
• Experience with portfolio reporting, governance tools, trend analysis, and decision tracking.
• Ability to work in the Creve Coeur, Missouri, USA location.
