Product Owner I (US)

What you will do

• Support product vision delivery in partnership with senior management and other Product Owners.
• Create, maintain, and continuously prioritize customer-focused product backlogs and user stories.
• Oversee user story design, delivery, acceptance criteria, and Definition of Done compliance.
• Coordinate Scrum or Kanban events, release roadmaps, minimum viable or marketable features, and delivery cadence.
• Manage delivery blockers, defects, risks, quality activities, and multiple development pod backlogs as required.
• Review performance analytics and customer feedback to improve product value and user experience.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree and/or product certification.
• 7+ years of relevant experience, including 3–5 years of Product Owner or Agile delivery experience.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum processes, roles, and practices.
• Experience managing stakeholders, product roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, and delivery decisions.
• Ability to solve complex problems, communicate difficult concepts, and align increasingly senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work in Wilmington, Delaware, United States of America.

Nice to have

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification.
• Project management experience.
• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification or experience with scaled Agile delivery.
