Implementation Coordinator (Fintech)

Location: Remote within approximately a 70-mile radius of offices in Allen, Texas; Lenexa, Kansas; Springfield or Monett, Missouri; Louisville, Kentucky; Troy, Michigan; or Charlotte, North Carolina. Workplace type: Hybrid.

What you will do

• Coordinate card-processing implementations between customers, managers, and installation teams.
• Prepare customers for implementation, conduct readiness reviews, and confirm setup completion.
• Define implementation guidelines and timelines, monitor milestones, and escalate issues when needed.
• Troubleshoot post-implementation issues, conduct exit reviews, and document corrective actions.
• Support training for installation teams and customers, assist with release activities, and contribute to product and process improvements.
• Participate in project scoping, sales turnover meetings, and complex implementation activities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a financial institution or fintech company.
• At least 3 years of debit card experience, including new accounts, switch blocks, limits, disputes, or conversions.
• Must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of one of the listed hirify.global office locations.
• Ability to coordinate installation teams, manage deadlines, escalate issues, and oversee complex implementations.
• Strong communication, customer interaction, organizational, and time management skills.

Nice to have

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent knowledge of the financial industry and hirify.global products.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and potentially Visio.
• Ability to identify and resolve complex error messages.
