Employer Implementation Lead (Fintech)

Location: 25% hybrid in Maitland, Florida

Salary: $53,000–$90,400 annually, with potential bonuses and incentive plans.

What you will do

• Lead benefit onboarding projects for HSA, FSA, and HRA programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation, timely updates, and successful project milestones.
• Manage transitions to service, including fund transfers and asset reconciliation.
• Monitor internal ticketing queues and resolve issues within established SLAs.
• Identify operational inefficiencies, recurring issues, and automation opportunities through cross-functional collaboration.
• Support escalations, special projects, and client-specific workstreams while maintaining strong employer relationships.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience preferred.
• Experience working with employer groups and third-party administrators.
• Familiarity with health insurance and consumer-directed benefits, including HRA, HSA, and FSA programs, is highly preferred.
• Ability to lead and represent teams or business initiatives, manage client relationships, and collaborate across departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Project, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field preferred.
