Implementation Manager (Fintech)

Location: San Francisco or New York, United States; hybrid workplace

hirify.global operates in fintech and payment integrations, supporting merchants through technical onboarding and go-live.

What you will do

• Own the merchant onboarding and integration journey after the technical design is completed.
• Prepare Statements of Work with test credentials, API documentation, integration diagrams, and project-specific technical materials.
• Create go-live plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation actions.
• Act as the main technical contact for merchant engineering teams, providing troubleshooting, best practices, and clarifications.
• Coordinate Product and Engineering teams to resolve integration blockers and prioritize merchant requirements.
• Build UAT matrices, validate payment flows, and support operational readiness through go-live and three weeks after launch.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical project management, technical account management, merchant integrations, or technical consulting.
• Strong understanding of payment integrations, including APIs, SDKs, payment gateways, fraud vendors, and alternative payment methods.
• Strong project management skills covering timeline creation, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and escalation handling.
• Experience leading technical conversations with merchant engineering teams and managing multiple integration projects.
• Experience with UAT planning and test case validation.
• Fluent Spanish and English required.
