What you will do

• Support project planning and execution for smaller or less complex projects under close supervision.
• Assist with budget monitoring, cost tracking, and resource assignment coordination.
• Track milestones, update schedules, and help develop project plans covering scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Communicate project status updates to the manager and project team.
• Identify potential risks and maintain accurate project logs and records.
• Apply Lean principles and continuous improvement thinking to project work.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of project management principles and terminology.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Trello.

Nice to have

• Professional project management, internship, or co-op experience.
