Licensed Group Therapist (Pediatric Behavioral Health)

Location: Remote, United States; active California licensure required. Group operating hours are 9 am–8 pm PT, Monday–Saturday.

Compensation: $62–$96 per completed clinical hour; $25 per hour for administrative time.

What you will do

• Facilitate structured virtual treatment and psychoeducational groups for parents and caregivers.
• Deliver evidence-based curricula consistently while adapting facilitation to each cohort.
• Create a supportive, psychologically safe environment that encourages participation and caregiver skill-building.
• Help families apply behavioral health strategies to challenges at home and manage group dynamics and boundaries.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with behavioral health and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in training, consultation, quality improvement, and recurring group cohorts.

Requirements

• Active California licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or psychologist, with a relevant master's degree or a PhD/PsyD in psychology.
• Experience working with parents, caregivers, children, and adolescents affected by behavioral, emotional, developmental, ADHD, or anxiety-related concerns.
• Experience delivering evidence-based parent-focused interventions through telehealth and facilitating groups, classes, workshops, or structured clinical programming.
• Strong group facilitation, communication, clinical judgment, documentation, and boundary-management skills.
• Comfort working with structured, evidence-based curricula and maintaining reliable availability for recurring cohorts.
• Tech proficiency and willingness to obtain licensure in additional states.

Nice to have

• Spanish proficiency, with a pay differential.
• Experience facilitating virtual therapy or psychoeducational groups.
• Licensure in additional states.
