Nursing Clinical SME (Healthtech)

Location: Fully remote within the United States, with periodic travel to partner sites

hirify.global is partnering with a Series A healthtech company developing an AI-powered platform for behavioral health providers.

What you will do

• Serve as a behavioral health clinical subject matter expert across implementation, support, customer success, clinical operations, and product initiatives.
• Lead platform implementations for providers across inpatient psychiatry, residential substance use disorder treatment, IOP, PHP, and outpatient care.
• Translate clinical workflows and frontline provider needs into actionable product requirements for product and engineering teams.
• Evaluate nursing, intake, care coordination, medication administration, and documentation workflows to identify AI-driven automation opportunities.
• Support MAR workflows covering medication ordering, administration, documentation, and compliance.
• Train clinical and operational staff, conduct product demonstrations, resolve escalated issues, and drive adoption and clinical outcomes.

Requirements

• Active RN, LPN, NP, or PA license required; candidates without a qualifying active license will not be considered.
• Significant hands-on behavioral health clinical experience across inpatient, residential, and outpatient levels of care.
• Deep familiarity with MAR systems and medication administration workflows, including ordering, administration, documentation, and compliance.
• Strong understanding of behavioral health workflows for clinicians, nursing teams, and operational staff.
• Ability to translate complex clinical requirements into clear actions for product, engineering, implementation, customer success, and operations teams.
• Ability and willingness to travel periodically to partner sites.
