Child and Adolescent Therapist (Pediatric Mental Health)

Location: Mount Laurel, New Jersey, United States; remote and in-person arrangements are available depending on the employment track. Core hours are after 3pm ET on weekdays and/or weekends.

Salary: $40,000–$105,000 USD annually. Contractor compensation is $85–$95 per session; part-time W2 compensation ranges from $40,000–$50,000 base plus per-session payments; full-time W2 compensation is $85,000–$90,000.

What you will do

• Provide high-quality virtual and in-person therapy to children, adolescents, young adults ages 2–26, and their caregivers.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families while understanding their individual needs.
• Support engagement in treatment and educate families about therapeutic approaches that foster long-term progress.
• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based, family-centered care.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support young patients and their families.

Requirements

• Active New Jersey license required: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LSW.
• At least one year of experience working with children and adolescents.
• At least one year of experience in telehealth or a virtual care setting.
• Availability after 3pm ET on weekdays and/or weekends.
• Commitment to family-centered, high-touch care.
