Salary: $95,000–$110,000 USD per year

What you will do

  • Lead behavioral health clinical operations and monitor quality standards, team performance, and patient outcomes.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support therapists through clinical guidance, training, onboarding, and professional development.
  • Provide evidence-based psychotherapy, diagnostic and biopsychosocial assessments, counseling, and individualized treatment.
  • Maintain a caseload requiring 20 hours of direct clinical care per week and monitor patient progress against treatment goals.
  • Collaborate with PMHNPs, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, families, and outside specialists on integrated treatment plans.
  • Develop pediatric referral partnerships and support recruitment, retention, and team growth.

Requirements

  • Active Pennsylvania LCSW qualification with authority to provide clinical supervision.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a licensed therapist.
  • Experience providing psychotherapy to children and/or adolescents.
  • Skill in working with neurodiverse populations across developmental stages.
  • Availability to work some evenings and weekends for clinical and operational needs.
  • Ability to work remotely from Pennsylvania.
